A forgotten population in the weight loss industry are children and adolescents. One in four teenagers are overweight. Obesity is epidemic in our culture. Old fashioned weight loss methods just don't work for most obese kids and their families.

To apply for enrollment to our program, your child will need a physical exam, blood work, and a family visit with Dr. Abernathy and Dr. Ruggiero (for clients not in Colorado, we offer consults via tele/video-conference, a popular choice for our nationwide clientele). Sorry, but children under the age of 14 are not good candidate for this specific program. For youths under the age of 14, there is a non-medical program that you can select that has a high degree of success.
